AnD

AnD are a duo based in Man­ches­ter, they’re first release appeared on Mind­set record­ings back in 2009 when they released ‘Neb­u­los’ which was a techno swing­ing track pulling influ­ence from the worlds of dub­step and jungle.

Since then AnD have gone on to release ep’s on two of Berlin’s highly revered techno labels, Hor­i­zon­tal Ground and Black Sun Records with the tracks delv­ing into both they’re deeper dub­bier side and also they’re more indus­trial techno sounds. They also made they’re first appear­ance at the Berghain this March at the Frozen Bor­der / Hor­i­zon­tal Ground Label night, which was a huge suc­cess and already a high­light of 2011.

AnD will have forth­com­ing releases this year with Hor­i­zon­tal ground, Project Squared, Inner Sur­face Music, Hid­den Hawaii Ltd, Idle Hands, Sect and of course Mind­set. There will be quite a span of gen­res from these releases, you can look for­ward to hear­ing techno, dub­step, ambi­ent and drum n bass from an AnD perspective.
